Winding
Conductors are wound into coil loops.

Spreading
Loops are pulled to shape on our coil spreading machine.

Insulation
Coils are insulated for the required voltage class.

Moulding
Coils are pressed and cured on hydraulic coil moulding machines (0–200 °C).

Testing
Coils are tested before fitting.
