Om Electricals Power Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1978 in Ranchi, Jharkhand. With more than four decades in the repair, rewinding and overhauling of electric motors, transformers and electromagnets, we have accumulated a huge amount of knowledge and technical expertise. Over the years, we have expanded into the manufacturing of stator coils.

Do you manufacture stator coils and Roebel coils?
Yes. We manufacture HT stator coils (up to 11 kV) and Roebel coils for HT motors and generators in-house, using two hydraulic coil moulding machines (eight cylinders, 9 Tonnes each, 0–200 °C), a coil spreading machine and two transformer coil winding machines.
What testing facilities do you have?
Our test facilities include a surge comparison tester (Jabbals, 10 kV), a high voltage test kit (RE, 100 kV AC / 70 kV DC), an automatic tan delta and capacitance test kit (Subbal, 12 kV AC, 1 A), a DVDF test kit (RE, 100 kVA, 200 Hz), a DGA test kit (Dhruva), an oil dielectric constant and resistivity test kit, a transformer winding ratio meter (Eltel TRM200) and a relay test set (0–100 A).
Do you provide on-site services?
Yes. Our field teams carry out on-site diagnostics, repairs, erection, testing and commissioning of power equipment, including mini hydel power plants, and provide emergency response.
