Questions about balancing & testing

What is the largest rotor you can balance?

Rotors up to 3 Tonnes, 1600 mm in diameter and 3000 mm long, at 600 or 1500 RPM.

Which electrical tests can you carry out?

Surge comparison (10 kV), high voltage (up to 100 kV AC / 70 kV DC), tan delta & capacitance (12 kV), DVDF (100 kVA, 200 Hz), winding ratio, DGA and oil dielectric / resistivity tests, and relay testing (0–100 A).

Do you provide test documentation?

Yes, complete documentation is provided.
